Warranty Service Request Form

This form is for under warranty Athena products that are partially or fully installed.
Submit an enquiry via the Contact Us page if you have a service request or query related to a new Athena product that has not yet been installed.

Important to note:

• Warranty is void if products are not installed according to our specifications. Refer to our installation instructions for further information.
• We reserve the right to charge the cost of a call-out fee if the problem is not found to be a product manufacturing fault.
