SlateForma® is a one piece composite tray that provides an easy clean, grout free alternative to a tiled shower floor. The low profile 25mm tray is warm to the touch and creates a near seamless transition from bathroom floor to shower. SlateForma™ trays can be combined with any Athena door set. Cardo offers a stylish frameless hinged door set with sleek glass bracing and streamlined tray options designed for the contemporary New Zealand bathroom. Cardo was previously known as Lifestyle due to commonly being paired with the Lifestyle Acrylic Tray. With the recent addition of the SlateForma shower tray this range name has been updated.

• 2000mm high frameless Cardo hinged door
• Stunning minimal sleek design with glass bracing
• Double sided polished stainless steel handle
• Reversable door with Satin finish aluminium joinery with chrome fittings
• 8mm toughened safety glass door and return
• MADE IN NEW ZEALAND
• Available with SlateForma low profile composite tray in sizes 900x900 to 1600x1000. 1800x1000 model available with Lifestyle Acrylic tray.

SlateForma® Shower Tray

• One piece composite low profile (25mm) tray for a near seamless transition can be rebated for a level entry
• Does not require additional waterproofing and provides a cost and time effective solution compared to installing a fully tiled shower
• Created to replicate natural slate stone texture, the shower tray has a gel coat available in three nature inspired colours
• Colour options: Chalk (slate white), Stone (slate light grey) and Anthracite (slate dark grey)
• Aluminium upstands are custom fitted at our Auckland factory to suit your installation
